Blot Underwear – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Blot, your comfort and confidence are our priority. Because our products are intimate wear, we follow strict hygiene guidelines to protect all our customers. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.
No Returns for Hygiene Reasons
• For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear once shipped and delivered, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Please ensure you select the correct size and style when placing your order. Our size guide is available to assist you.
Defective or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To process your claim, we will require:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Once approved, we will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
Refunds (if applicable)
• Refunds are issued only for:
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect orders sent by Blot Underwear
• Lost packages confirmed by the courier
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval and will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges on underwear once shipped. Please use our size guide before purchasing to ensure the right fit.
Sale Items
• Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless defective.
Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
