Blot Underwear – Shipping Policy
Processing Time
• All Blot orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping (South Africa): 2–5 business days
• Express Shipping (South Africa): 1–2 business days
• International Shipping: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Rates
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Free Standard Shipping on South African orders over R1000.
• International shipping rates vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Discreet Packaging
• All Blot Underwear orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging to respect your privacy.
• No product names or descriptions will appear on the outside of the parcel.
Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• You can track your order directly via the courier’s website.
International Shipping & Customs
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.
• Blot Underwear is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details or a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in investigating with the courier and provide a resolution.
Hygiene & Returns Notice
• For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in your order.
